Meet our newest client of the month, Bob Reany!

Bob’s goal is to run faster, with fewer injuries and less strain.

Bob is excited to improve his flexibility, upper body strength, and balance, in order to maintain his active lifestyle.

The upper body resistance training has resulted in a steady climb in weight / strength and his flexibility improved in spite of running 2 half marathons in 2 weeks.
