The April Pushup and Squat Challenge

Spring is happening and April is coming soon! We’re getting excited because there’s been a bit of hype going around about the “April 1,000 Pushup and 3,000 Squat Challenge.”

What is it? It’s exactly what it sounds like, it’s a challenge to everyone this April to work to increase their strength and fitness by doing 1,000 pushups and 3,000 squats in 30 days. Everyone at GoGo Fit will be doing it and we encourage all of you too as well.
